Wanted: Looking for an honest and reliable web tech for Macromedia Contribute

Hi: I'm looking for someone who works online (not coming to my home), is honest, reliable, has good communication skills, clear boundaries, and charges between $50-$80/hr. Being familiar with fetch app and marcromedia contribute is important. I will be changing over to word press in a month, but for now, need that support. I run most of it anyways.
