Hi. I'm looking for a reliable, responsible, reasonably priced (if there is such a thing) company to retrofit vinyl windows (6) in a Santa Rosa townhouse. Anyone out there have any personal experience with a wonderful company. Thanks, Larry

No advertising here, in fact the opposite of tooting my own horn. As a General Contractor, I'll tell you the least expensive and be your own contractor way to approach it. Of course, I can do this work myself, however my bid would probably not be the lowest. InVision Sash & Glass is an owner operated Mom and Son team expert at this type of work and completely fair prices. Also, you could buy the windows yourself at Habitat for Humanity if your lucky or any number of window suppliers and then hire your own carpenter to put them in. You can contact me the bb and I can give you some names of guys. Or you can look at you tube videos and attempt the job yourself with an assistant from roadside or Graton. Generally the least expensive options carry the most risk. And the more expensive options are risk free. For example, I have liability insurance that will name you as an additional insured in case anything goes wrong for 10 years after the job is complete. I guarantee your satisfaction so if something needs to be redone and I give you a fixed bid, then I will ensure your happiness with the contracted job at no additional cost.

My wild guess is that upgrading 6 vinyl windows to higher quality will run about $2400. Please let me know when your project is complete, who does it and how it turns out for you. My number is 707-861-0669. You may also call me to pick my brain for any construction questions anytime.
