Petition to End Non Consensual Experimentation

Unfortunately, our country has a long history on non consensual experimentation on it's citizens. Thousands of Americans are now reporting that they are being subjected to painful and dangerous experimentation with modern technological weaponry. This has been the subject of a dozen books, many radio shows, thousands of videos and hundreds of websites. The evidence, including sworn testimony to the Presidents Bioethics Committee, is overwhelming, and yet nothing is being done to stop this horror.
