Will it ever be possible to have the posting ap limit line lengths to a more reasonable length? Perhaps simply by specifying a smaller (in width) window for displaying the posts? And without filling the space to the side with animated ads (plain text of static graphics is fine) or distracting videos, etc? (If I zoom in even 10%, on my monitor the lines run off the display!)
Thanks,
Clint

Maybe. I've thought about adding a column for ads on the right, but it would probably not be for all categories. Events, for example, might still be able to use the full width.
So I take it your monitor supports a max width of 1024 pixels?
Seem like you should be able to zoom in 10% and then scroll a bit to the right and just lose the poster's avatar.
Anybody else having this problem?

This is something I learned when I worked for Alex Mandossian, the Internet Guru. It's called "chunking", and I use it in my emails. It makes for faster, easier reading because you don't have to go all the way across the page. I've forgotten sometimes when I'm posting that it doesn't work here.
The other thing that many people do is write a long run on paragraph, with no space for eye relief. When I see that it makes me not want to read it. I really have to force myself to plow through it.
