looking for someone to do a bike tune-up

I have a Ross Griffon women's bike in need of a basic tune up. It's been sitting in storage for a year or so. Just need to have a good check-up done and probably adjust the shifters. I'm thinking $40 or so. I'm in Sebastopol, but could bring it to nearby locales. Thanks! :):
