:idea: What are your thoughts?
:idea: Referrals?

:hmmm: :hmmm: Apple Retail Store charges $80.
Amazon advertisements for back covers from $6 to $54 and more...
:wink: You Tube videos show DIY procedure. It's a simple procedure, actually ~ remove two pentalobe screws, slip cover off, put new cover on, replace screws...

Purchase a back cover from a LOCAL retailer. Is this possible? Apple retail parts replacements????
Avoid cheap, poor quality, possibly defective (I read one such sad defective camera lens story... lens comes embedded in the back cover as you might know) back cover.
And second choice: purchase part & labor from LOCAL repair service.

Thank you :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Hi there!

This is something with which we can definitely help! Did you know we have a Mac and iPhone repair shop right here in downtown Sebastopol? We have been hiding out in the back of the Berkeshire Hathaways building across the street from Rite Aid, working in the shop only sporadically, but are making an effort to be more in the public eye and have regular hours.

Feel free to call or come by today, I am in the shop right now. Our current hours are Tues-Sat 10-6, but that may be changing soon. We have replacement front and rear glass in stock for all the iPhone 4/4S series iPhones (as well as MANY other parts for most iPhones and Macs).

The shop is called Mac Daddy Repairs and you can call 707 480 0266 or just visit 301 N Main St. in downtown Sebastopol. Our blue sign is hanging on Main St now, so you should be able to find us a little easier.

Keep it local in Sebastopol!
