Like so many, I have had some serious on-going health challenges. These challenges have jettisoned me onto a healing journey that has been alternately fruity, textured, sometimes terrifying, expensive and always interesting. I have been helped along the way by several very gallant, talented and dedicated souls, and I'm grateful. Of the folks most talented and helpful, I put Treya Palmer at the top of the list.
