Need info re: ratio of CEO pay to workers' pay

I'm seeking up-to-date info on the ratio of Fortune 500 CEOs' pay to that of the average worker in their companies, and comparative info re: the same ratio in other industrialized countries such as Germany, Japan, etc. The last I knew, the ratio in the US was something like 330:1, and in other industrialized countries was more like 40 or 50:1. Can anyone direct me to recent data on this? Thanks in advance for all answers.

Very interesting article. It doesn't really provide the numbers I'm looking for, but it makes it clear that the "facts" I've heard before may not be true, and that's good to know, so thanks!
