It enlightens our lives in so many ways.<o:p></o:p>

A poem a day can fill an empty bowl<o:p></o:p>
It gives the mind a structured goal.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
Way better than Sudoku or a crossword each day<o:p></o:p>
It fills the soul in so many divergent ways.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
Like the astrology forecast of Mr. Rob Brezsney<o:p></o:p>
One can bounce these ideas across this vast imagination of open sea.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
Or for Hemmingway whose many typed pages were never trashed<o:p></o:p>
With his previous words now published indeed he has cashed.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
I’ll be glad with reading a new poem each day<o:p></o:p>
So I can write something new in some other way.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
Words of poetry here don’t always have to rhyme,<o:p></o:p>
But what better use of one’s mind is there with all this free time?<o:p></o:p>
