I’ve waited here patiently,<o:p></o:p>

Thought you were my destiny.<o:p></o:p>

But you never came back to see<o:p></o:p>

If I was your heart’s perfect therapy.<o:p></o:p>

Forever sands have now grown old,<o:p></o:p>

Soul mates for life have gotten cold.<o:p></o:p>

You never came back just to see<o:p></o:p>

Some kind of ill-fated brevity.<o:p></o:p>

You never came back for me,<o:p></o:p>

If I was your forlorned destiny.<o:p></o:p>

Relationships refine like a wine,<o:p></o:p>

Evolving slowly together over time.<o:p></o:p>

Guess we weren’t supposed to rhyme,<o:p></o:p>

We weren’t the real destiny across time.<o:p></o:p>

Your desire to be free is now all that I see.<o:p></o:p>

Regrettably Incontestably only Momentarily.<o:p></o:p>

This is the one thing of which I am now certain.<o:p></o:p>

We weren’t love fated or divinely predetermined.<o:p></o:p>

You aren’t the one I needed or wanted to love me.<o:p></o:p>

Now I am free, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.<o:p></o:p>
