Q: What is the difference between the Democrats and Republican majority in Congress and POTUS at same time?
A: when Democrat: more “people” (in US) say they "f-ing hate" the (US) GOVERNMENT; When Republican: more “people” (internationally) say they "f-ing hate" the Country (U.S.A.).

My conclusions after this last election cycle is:
Unless Progressives gain majority in Democrat Party and kick the "f-ing" Donkey on the A--!!!, the average "American" will be so much more manipulated than they already are that; the 1/10 of 1% will become by default (De Facto (https://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/defacto)), an untouchable dictatorial ruling class that will have powers of no less than a "Constitutional monarchy (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitutional_monarchy)" with having America under the illusion of being (a) "democratic Republic"...
Democratic republic (https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/fields/2128.html) - a state in which the supreme power rests in the body of citizens entitled to votefor officers and representatives responsible to them. ...with a "working Constitution" (thanks to the "powers that be)...
...GW Bush, Obama, Republicans in congress etc. take your pick each have done more to assist the de-toothing of basic Constitutional "protections of Privacy, Speech, Voting, "Peaceful Assembly (https://www.heritage.org/constitution/#%21/amendments/1/essays/141/freedom-of-assembly-and-petition)", and of the Press (https://www.heritage.org/constitution/#%21/search/Press/amendments/1/essays/140/freedom-of-speech-and-of-the-press), etc. as their proponents would even consider never mind admit.
The list goes forward into uncharted territory as you are reading this but, of course there will be some virtually toothless "laws" within the "framework" that are or will be condescendingly (https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/condescendingly) titled and in actuality may or may not even ('legally') "exist" on paper for the "99.99%" but some of those "laws" will be realized only by a lucky "chosen" few (some teeth for the 1/10 of 1% to use henchmen to bite the rest of us 99.99% with if they so choose)...
...The vast majority of the "99.99% of us will, in essence be left out of the Constitution as it has been going with the status quo...
