The Forgiveness Creed

To Forgive is to “be” Divine.
“To err is human.”
~~ ~
From the ancient Latin proverb
“Errare humanum est.”
“To err is human; to forgive, divine.”
~ Alexander Pope (1688-1744)
~~ ~
If one “Believes” Forgiveness is possible, then “One is Divine.”
Forgiveness does not absolve others from their crimes / sins,
But rather, Forgiveness prevents you
from carrying their (baggage of guilt) along with you on your Journey.

We can "Practice Forgiveness" “pro-actively” by the following 4 methods:

Instantaneous Forgiveness:
Forgive right now, immediately in the moment, (repeatedly / instantly).

Pre-Forgiveness:
Forgiveness is applied beforehand.
(From learned past behaviors and experiences)

Post-Forgiveness:
Forgiveness is applied after the incident has occurred.
(To clear one’s conscious from entertaining any associated-guilt or confusing thoughts.)

And, in equal measure, if one has offended others,
Then offer your Forgiveness instantly.
“I’m Sorry. Please Forgive Me.”

Forgiveness is the Greatest Healing Medicine anyone can give.
A “Clear Conscious” is the goal here for one’s own Peace of Mind.
If one “Believes” Forgiveness is possible, then one’s Spirit is “Humanly Divine.”
