Organized Stalking and Electronic Harassment Covert harassment and torture is a phenomenon which has been going on for decades, the goal being to discredit, disrupt, disable, and ultimately kill the victim. C.I.A., F.B.I., N.S.A., military, local police departments, neighborhood watch groups, and large corporations are often the perpetrators of these crimes. While the government made admission to these unconstitutional programs and human rights violations no efforts were made to actuallyend them; likewise, the technology used to perpetrate these crimes has advanced although the methodology has remained much the same.
The victim may experience stalking, work place mobbing, gas lighting, drugging, invasion and destruction of property. Some may experience what has been termed electronic harassment, as well. Computers and cellular phones may be hacked, they may experience muscle spasms, abnormal heating of the body, headaches, odd pains, itching, sleep deprivation, high pitched ringing in the ears, and possibly may even begin to hear voices and experience induced visual stimulation – in short, a near complete hijacking of the nervous system of the victim.
All these techniques are meant to discredit and cause the victim to appear insane to anyone they may report these crimes to.
