The Mystical Mermaid

I’m not sure how this happened; I don’t even know what to say.<o:p></o:p>

I woke up this fine morning with a mystical creature swimming in my pool today.<o:p></o:p>

The world was in a drought with not a cloud up in the sky.<o:p></o:p>

But there she was dripping water, flipping her sequined tail at me, saying “Hi.”<o:p></o:p>

<o:p></o:p>

I’m not sure how she got here swimming upstream like a trout?<o:p></o:p>

But this natural water beauty left my mind without a doubt.<o:p></o:p>

I stripped off all my clothing and showed her myself bare.<o:p></o:p>

I jumped into the cool blue water and relinquished all my cares.<o:p></o:p>

She swam in deeper waters so I pursued her further there.<o:p></o:p>

Only to my amazement in the abyss I didn’t need any air.<o:p></o:p>

Once upon a time I really didn’t want to believe<o:p></o:p>

But this unbelievable mythical creature is now my new reprieve.<o:p></o:p>

<o:p></o:p>

Borne from a drop of water was this creature so divine.<o:p></o:p>

Swimming in this magical pool of love has never felt so fine.<o:p></o:p>
