This illustration of 2 Equinoxes for both the Spring and the Fall,

Is to circumnavigate our attention around this ancient poetic call.

The Earth began dancing slowly moving her tilt in step today,

Changing her axis biannually to dance facing the other way.

March and September are the only two months to have this claim,

For this astrological Vernal and Autumnal fame.

Wobbling, slanting, and turning at a thousand miles per hour,

Changing Seasons again as she constantly rearranges her power.

Her 365 and a quarter day precessions on the axis is at 23 1/2 degrees,

As half the planet begins to burn while the other half will begin to freeze.

About 2 weeks duration time is what this Solar event will take,

For her to lie down here in her new 90 degree polar rake.

This equal 12 hour day and equally 12 hour long night,

Refracts Earth’s colors in each seasonally adjusted light.

Equilibriums are affected and for many it may be expected,

During the equinox when both day and night are equally projected.

This effect of old Sol’s invisible solar magnetism,

Can change our internal clock’s biological natural rhythms.

The Earth is also stabilized by our attractive silver Moon,

So give this illuminating planet too her seductive boon.

Things falling out of sync now might even occur,

As we humans try to coordinate with this oft gyrational blur.

Oopsies, whoopsies and dropsies here may also be the norm,

Until this new revolution begins finally to conform.

As they say sometimes, that a stitch in time saves nine,

But, if only to make us aware of these twice yearly festive times.
