I am not surprised of this at all, I am not happy about the facts of the matter but I feel a little bit better that I have been perceptive enough to notice the trend in my travels in my local area and beyond, and at least I am reassured of my personal state of mind that I haven't been overly negative and it is a reality that the majority of average "working" people here in the country are not getting reasonable fungible (https://www.thefreedictionary.com/fungible)benefits from the so-called "economic recovery".... ...At least I wasn't imagining it.
It is stressful for me to see so many people that do have "jobs" working so extra hard and yet the the people that need "jobs", "work" etc. that either don't have enough or any are being stressed in a different way, and yet the stress on those that do have those "jobs" has manifested (IMHO) an ongoing situation where there are too many cases where people are being overworked and stressed to the point that it affects other people negatively in society, (not just their family).
I know that has been norm for a few years now, but none the less, it makes me nervous that our Dr.'s emergency medical workers, and oftentimes individuals from the general public at large, from that situation are more stressed from that; whereas the quality of work that they do is at times seriously compromised.
In my own experience I have noticed the streets, roads and highways are more dangerous than they used to be because of the higher numbers of stressed-out drivers on the road going to and from 2'nd or even 3'rd "jobs" or whatever "work/job related stresses", so by the time they are on their way home from being so stressed they are more prone to make serious mistakes and put themselves and others at risk.
