How Do I Love Myself?

Let Me Count the Days

Every Morning I wake up and I thank the Universe.

Every Afternoon I see what gifts Nature has shared with me.

Every Evening I reflect on those who have cared deeply for me.

Every Morning I wake up and I thank the Sun, Moon, the Earth and Stars.

Every Afternoon I do something to show them all my gratitude.

Every Evening before I go to bed I forgive myself if I’ve forgotten to thank the universe.

Every Morning I wake up I am appreciative of those who have sacrificed for me.

Every Afternoon I walk the path in gratitude of where I live.

Every Evening I meditate and listen in deep silence.

Every Morning I wake up I know something bad may happen.

Every Afternoon I work to find ways to turn the bad into good.

Every Evening I contemplate what good has come out of a bad situation.

Every Morning I wake up I am grateful for letting petty things go.

Every Afternoon I make a conscious effort not to control every situation.

Every Evening I remind myself to let others do things to the best of their ability.

Every Morning I wake up I am in awe of the plants and trees that inspire me.

Every Afternoon I forgive myself from ridged and obsessive feelings.

Every Evening I forgive those who have unintentionally harmed me.

Every Morning I wake up and I thank the birds and the bees for their selfless services.

Every Afternoon when I see a Hawk or a Hummingbird I feel blessed by them.

Every Evening I reflect on those that I too may have served well.

Every Morning I wake up and I think of the new possibilities for the day.

Every Afternoon I give something back to those who need my Love and support.

Every Evening I count one new thing that I’ve learned that day.

Every Morning I entertain constructive thoughts.

Every Afternoon I strive to divert any destructive thoughts.

Every Evening I rest both my mind and body from a day well done.

Every Morning I vow to be more authentic than I was the day before.

Every Afternoon I vow to maintain our connections to each other.

Every Evening I vow to remain connected to the entire universe.

Every Morning I meditate in listening silence.

Every Afternoon I meditate in contemplation.

Every Evening I meditate in reflection.

Every Morning I forgive others.

Every Afternoon I am grateful.

Every Evening I forgive myself.

Every Morning I love nature.

Every Afternoon I love others.

Every Evening I love myself, equally so.
