The "Thank you, Lt. Watada" (for refusing deployment to illegal war) group doesn't have a way to find out who's already hosting a 8/16 event in support of Ehren Watada the day before his pre-trial hearing for refusing to go to Iraq. So does anyone reading this know of any such event(s) in Sonoma County? If not, would someone be willing to help publicize such an event in Petaluma or to
host it wherever you live? The organization is asking us to hold house parties or educational events in other surroundings, to help people be alert and informed the next day and thus ready to respond to misleading reporting.
