I spotted a lost dog today on Occidental Rd, near Mill Sta. Rd.

A very small, black, shaggy, mb chihuahua/pekinese mix. Shaggy tail, long-haired ears. He or she was crossing Occidental about a half mile up (West) of Mill Sta. Rd. Couldn't stop and try to catch him.
