Someone to install a small blind in bedroom

Hi - I would like to find someone who could install a small black-out accordion fold blind in my bedroom. The window is only 47'x47'. It comes with instructions. It opens from both the top and bottom. If you know of anyone who I could hire to do this for me, i'd love to get a referral.
