I've also heard great things about Dr. Holland. When I visited his office a month or two ago I was told by his office manager that he is no longer able to take new Medicare patients . . . nor is he able to take new patients who are willing to pay for his services, if they are eligible for Medicare! Seems they are caught between a rock and a hard place, regulation-wise.
