The Sebastopol General Plan Update process has begun! This is really important and happens every 20 years. The general plan is analogous to a city's constitution. The process is extensive and allows for lots of community input.
The city's General Plan newsletter is below. There's a higher resolution version attached as well.
I urge you to read the newsletter and attend the meetings. I also welcome you to post your questions and comments here. If there's interest I'll setup a separate category for general plan discussions.
