EMDR Therapist Referral Needed

I'm trying to find a therapist for a friend. He is looking for someone who 1)practices EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and 2)takes Medi-Cal and 3)is in West County.

This friend has tried many approaches hoping to resolve fairly severe PTSD and nothing has worked. EMDR has come highly recommended but he doesn't know how to find a practitioner so I am helping.
