It looks like spaghetti but it's hollow to soak up the sauce.

I tried G&G Market, they couldn't find it. I don't think I've ever seen it at Safeway.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I also called Oliver's Market and Whole Foods, but neither of them could find any perciatelli on their shelves.

It turns out that perciatelli has a more common name - bucatini. They are both long, hollow spaghetti. I found it at G&G Market, after all!

Try Bucatini at Andy's market or at Tony's Restaurant at Graton Casino.
