I'm recently moved to Rohnert Park and recently insured with Anthem Blue Cross. I am looking for a new primary care physician as soon as possible.

Hello,

I see Elise Sullivan at Sebastopol Community Health Center. And I could not be happier. She's a phenomenal doctor who listens to her patients. The health center takes Blue Cross.

My sister has Elise, also, and really likes her a lot. I think the Community Health Center must be pretty darn good. :)

The Sebastopol Community Health Center is a VERY busy place, but I have been quite happy with my care there over a number of years. I see FNP Mary Wyman. I couldn't ask for a more heartful, gentle, supportive, committed practitioner. I'm not much of a fan of conventional medicine, but I am very comfortable here. Best wishes...

I concur that Mary is awesome! But, yes - it is a very busy practice, so waiting weeks or months can be frustrating. (If it's urgent, they can often get you in right away) It is comforting to know that once you do get seen, you're well taken care of.

The clinic refers you to Sutter Hospital for specialists, mammograms, MRIs, colonoscopies, etc. Blue Cross is accepted there as well by the way. But, I'm not sure how that works with a primary care physician.
