For most of Sonoma County, Comcast subscribers don't receive KQED Plus (formally KTEH) on channels 10 and 710 (HD). But if enough subscribers request it, Comcast might add it. If you'd like to watch KQED Plus, and have Comcast TV, please let Comcast know:
1. Log on to Comcast.net.
2. Go to https://customer.comcast.com/help-and-support/cable-tv/channel-availability-faqs to read about Comcast’s procedures.
3. Select here in “you can submit a Customer Feedback Form here” to display the Customer Feedback Form.
4. Rate #1 and #2 as you see fit.
5. Select Suggestion for #3.
6. Select XFINITY Cable TV for #4
7. Type something like “Please add KQED Plus” in #5. It helps if you also state why KQED Plus is important to you.
8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Submit.
