I'm a musician looking a place to practice singing/screaming for a psychedelic avant garde metal band. No audible music, just a big voice screaming away with headphones on.

I don't need much in the way of accommodations or space... just somewhere relatively close to where I live (Sebastopol, Santa Rosa,Forrestville, Cotati) with electricity where I can rehearse and record loud vocals without bothering anyone. I'm open to basements, spare rooms, garages, sheds, even barns (if there's power and it's relatively free of dust).

I work 9-5 M-F as a social worker in Santa Rosa, so most of the rehearsal will take place on weeknights and/or weekends. I can limit time spent with the loud stuff to always be done by 10pm, if that's a deal breaker. There will be no loud music (as it will be in headphones, with no live instrumentation), just a loud bizarre hollering and singing. I'm looking for a place to use typically 1-2 times pe rweek, perhaps a bit more at times when we're recording or rehearsing for a tour.

The band is called Minsk, and you're welcome to check us out on the internet. A simple google search will turn up a ton of live videos and recorded songs. The band is based in Illinois, but I am currently living in Sebastopol... thus the need for a space like this. While the band is well-known all over the world in certain niche circles, it is entirely a labor of love (I've never actually made a dime from it that hasn't been put back into the work), and being asocial worker hasn't made me wealthy yet either, so I'm looking for something affordable.

If you have this kind of a space, and want to make a little extra change renting it out, please get in touch with me. I'd love to hear about what you have. Thanks!
