Try Cheap Smog Test in Santa Rosa. It's at 1205 Petaluma Hill Road. I've been taking my cars there for 5 years now and have always been treated professionally and courteously. They charge $45 + $8 for the certificate. Well worth it, in my opinion. You can find reviews on Yelp under "Cheap Smog Test Santa Rosa". What else? :wink: Phone number is (707) 573-0900.
