ThanksHere's the URL:

Let me know if it works for you.

For now, the feed contains all categories. I will be updating the system later this summer and you will then be able to easily select RSS feeds by category!

any more thought about separating out the RSS feed categories into the main WaccoBB categories?

Thanks,

Ummm, I'm probably the only one who doesn't know, but: What is an RSS feed?

Wikipedia says "RSS (most commonly translated as "Really Simple Syndication") is a family of web feed (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_feed) formats used to publish frequently updated works—such as blog (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blog) entries, news headlines, audio, and video—in a standardized format."
An easier way to think of it is like a newspaper. Each section of the newspaper is a different site, with many articles. Well, for each section, you would have a different RSS feed. One for Home and Garden, one for Sports, etc.
The part where it differs from a newspaper is in how you read it; it uses either a software or web-based RSS client. I am a personal fan of Google Reader and use it to get all the tech news and webcomics that I simply must read. Depending on what web browser you use, most pages will put a little orange icon in your address bar... the RSS logo.
If that wasn't too scatterbrained for you, good! If it was, try reading wikipedia's entry on RSS: RSS - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rss)

Thanks, Shelby.

RSS published articles (or this case posts) so they can be integrated into a news reader, such as My Yahoo, iGoogle, or Feedburner.

WaccoBB.net posts are available as RSS feeds by category. If you goto the home page you will see the distinctive https://www.waccobb.net/forums/images/misc/rss.gif icons on each category. Clinking on one will bring up a page with sample feed content and prompt for which feed reader you want to use.

I see though that clicking on the post feed in your reader, that it currently brings you to the top of the thread that has a recent post, rather than the most recent post. :(: I'll fix that at some point.
