Local Massage/Bodywork Schools & Training?

I live in Petaluma and am looking for good massage/bodywork schools in the area that offer continuing education courses. (I already have my basic certification.) Any recommendations? I am particularly interested in pregnancy massage and working with seniors and people with cancer.
