This was sent to me today ... it's an old article but it's important because it discusses the criteria for targeting civilians in our country ... these targets are destroyed and often placed in programs for non consensual experimentation with dangerous directed energy weapons ... I have plenty of proof of this, write to me if you have an interest ...
Considering this devastating outcome, is it asking too much to have some oversight of this process? ... it seems that anyone can be targeted for revenge given current protocols ... piss off your neighbor and all of a sudden you're being destroyed by the government ... this is actually being reported frequently by the victims who are often innocent housewives ???? ...
