I figured it must be something like that, since they aren't present in even the most literate of posts.....

I figured it must be something like that, since they aren't present in even the most literate of posts.....
Apostrophes and quotation marks are showing up just fine in the posts; it's just the articles copied from another website, or at least that one article, that lose those punctuation marks in the translation from the original site to Wacco.
