Can't attach a letter to my post.

Hi Barry! I want to attach the letter for people to include with their tax payment about the police violence, but it keeps saying "invalid file." I tried to watch your video about including pictures, but it jams, maybe I don't have the right program to watch it. One possibility is that I already have 4 pictures on my WaccoBB account, so maybe it's full. I have tried to delete them, but can't. Any help for me?
