Remember to take a moment to commemorate and celebrate this very first victorious fight for freedom of religion, while scurrying around with Thanksgiving preparations and visiting with friends and family. It's truly something to be thankful for!
May you all enjoy this time to bask in the fullness of gratitude for the bounty of gifts beginning with the miracle of being alive!

Thanks_Giving.....is a European colonizer holiday....the beginning of much suffering for millions of native peoples.....while we run around enjoying the festivities, i do think that some people consider Thanksgiving to be a National Day of Mourning....for so many people forced into slavery, subjugated and denied their culture....and i don't think the Turkeys give a damn either....

https://img2u.info/ckgni/i/g4754c0f9.jpgOn this Day of Gratitude, I want to express my gratitude for all of you!
Thank you for posting your thoughts and needs and offerings, thanks for reading and responding and expressing gratitude, thanks to our supporting members, banner sponsors, and the many businesses listed in our directory for sharing your talents and making this service possible!
And a special thanks for all the ways you support each other all year long! Here's an example the floated into my inbox the other day:
Barry,
I posted an ad for a computer for a disabled friend (https://www.waccobb.net/forums/showthread.php?102088-Do-you-have-an-outdated-computer&p=173615#post173615). I was blessed with many responses. One actually came to her home, set her all up, and refused any remuneration... How can I thank all that responded, publicly?
Thanks,
Pat Wilson
It's really heartwarming to see the kindness and generosity expressed in so many different ways within our community.
Thanks to all of you for making WaccoBB such a rich and responsive community!
