Seeking A reliable, steady, self motivated, individual with a good sense of humor to do Bookkeeping /Personal Assistant 'catch up' work on the computer. This will be a fun little get organized job for the right person.
This bookkeeping 'clean up' project requires excellent typing and decent organizational skills, ability to follow a system and yet be flexible and a personable phone manner is essential. Work will be at my home /office in West County, 4 miles from downtown Sebastopol, so you must have your own transportation.
You will be doing data entry, sorting receipts and invoices into categories, and filing. I will be helping you. I estimate this about 3-6 days of work.
Please be familiar with mac and Quick books 12. Confidentiality is essential.
Please be prompt, responsible, detail oriented, and inspired to do a good job.
Interest in Holistic Health and the arts a plus, but not essential. A/P, A/R, and marketing experience will be helpful.
Client A/R is a big part of the job, in addition to invoicing and record keeping. This job that deals with insurance companies, client payment arrangements , cash customers, order fulfilling and shipping.
