Position Wanted - Property Caretaker West Sonoma County
I’m a semi retired, professional, gentle man, longtime environmentalist, naturalist, white Native American, reader, photographer, administrator, builder, craftsman & thinker. Having grown up on a farm and having spent a lifetime solving problems and creating opportunity, with cooperation, I can make many things work.
I prefer a work exchange where I improve your property in exchange for rent & some pay or just trade. A rural site would be wonderful, but any site big enough to park my RV may be OK. I have a medium-size, Class A, RV with solar, & a towed vehicle for local transportation. I would eventually need 120 electric, portable water hookup, & waste disposal. I can adapt site to provide these services & more.
I’ve done reservations, housekeeping & maintenance at resorts & campgrounds. I enjoy gardening & landscaping. I can develop campsites, build small structures, small barns, grow rooms, etc. I can repair & maintain most structures & equipment found on a farm. I’m good with critters!
