I’ve operated a small, one-person property management business for about 26 years. I find myself looking for an experienced, professional handyman/woman. Someone who has their own business, but has time to do odd jobs/repair jobs for me and can adjust their schedule if there happens to be an urgency or emergency. Weeks can go by without a need for help...or I can need a couple of weeks of work in a row...and anything in between.
Hopefully this person will have several years at this work and a broad range of skills, including: plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, painting, garbage disposals, locks, etc. Good communication skills (and some humor) are also a must. And someone experienced with country, town and city houses and properties.
