Before you judge the preceding reports as delusional, read the bottom link ... this interests me because I am aware of thousands of people around the world who claim that they are human lab rats for the testing of military weaponry such as those described by the Navy Yard shooter ... in my experience most of these people are older single women, veterans and African-Americans ... they are often labelled falsely as "enemies of the state" and harassed in ridiculous ways so that they will report this and enable the diagnosis of "delusional" ... this appears to be a cover up strategy for the experimentation which is to follow ...

If true, then this is beyond criminal ... it's downright evil ... these victims often live with the physical and psychological affects of this experimentation for the rest of their lives ... often they die prematurely from cancers and prolonged stress ... they are not compensated for this injustice and they are tortured and discredited if they try to expose it ... I suggest that those in government who want to test invasive, dangerous weaponry due so first on their own families ... obviously, they have no conscience or concern for the well-being of their fellow citizens ...
