Today's PD has an article on the March for Peace and Sustainability yesterday, organized by 100 Thousand Artists for Change. It says 120 people were there. It was more like 150, in my opinion. It was lots of fun, as revealed by the photo of the hip hop dancers. It was a very multi-generational and multi-cultural event. "Art and activism," as the article says. The events continue today at the Arlene Francis Center at the corner of 6th St. and Davis in Railroad Sq. with poetry and theatre from noon to 8 p.m.
