My very close friend's son, who is 19, just suffered a compound fracture to his ankle...they are in need of a wheelchair with a foot rest...if you got one in the garage please let me barrow it and I will return it when not

Sorry for your friend's broken bone. I do not have a wheel chair. Hospice Thrift store by Lucky's might.
Also: Easter Seals in Rohnert Park 584-1443 has low cost rentals

Other possibilities are senior centers (https://www.sonomacountyconnections.org/sr_citizen_todo.asp) - might have some extra wheelchairs that have been donated - and the Re-use center at the Mecham Rd landfill (pretty sure I've seen wheelchairs there).
