I think that most of us are on this list ... things are really getting out of hand, ... but then I must be a terrorist for saying that ...

I was in court the other day and a woman was extremely upset because her daughter was charged with making "terroristic threats". They kindly pointed out that it's a legal term and doesn't mean you're a BinLaden buddy.
This dude's blog suffers from that. Have you read any of the links?? here's one's heading:

LESSON EMPHASIS: Knowledge of general principles of an Equal Opportunity and Treatment Incident; to help students identify equal opportunity and treatment incidents(EOTIs) that are motivated by race, color, national origin, religion or sex.
STRATEGY:
Students will understand all actions required for processing EOTIs.Through this lesson, students will recall the concepts of identifying, classifying, and analyzing, clarifying, and reporting EOTIs. As the lesson progresses, emphasis will be placed on the impact of EOTIs on the human relations climate sounds like a good topic for training to me, given the well-publicized troubles the military is now having. It had this in it:

Scenario: Sexual HarassmentA male Captain is at a local dance club. Five female Airmen that work in his unit walk in.When he sees them he says, “Hello ladies, you look nice tonight.” After a few more drinks heapproaches them again and tells them, “You girls look hot, your uniforms don’t do your body justice.” After this comment the girls do not say anything but walk off. The Captain then spotsthem on the dance floor. He tries to dance with them but they keep moving away. Finally theywalk away from him. When they do, the Captain slaps one of them on her backside.QUESTION #1: Could this situation be considered sexual harassment? Why or why not?QUESTION #2: If so, what type of sexual harassment?QUESTION #3: How would you respond to this situation?

and even better, this:

Scenario: ReligionA SSgt notices a ring that his Airman subordinate is wearing. The ring is pewter with varioussymbols and writing with a red stone on the top. The SSgt asks the Airman what the symbolsand writing mean. The Airman explains to the SSgt he and his girlfriend just got engaged, theyare both members of the Church of Satan, and that it is customary to give each other the rings. The SSgt begins to make comments that the Airman drinks blood, kills babies, and sacrificesanimals and that he can’t believe the AF would allow someone like him to wear the uniform. The SSgt yells at the Airman telling him to get out of the office and not to come back until hegets his head on straight.QUESTION #1: Was there an EO violation? If so, what was the violation?QUESTION #2: What should the Airman do to address the situation?QUESTION #3: What should the SSgt have done to question the ring’s meaning?QUESTION #4: What type of impact could these types of comments have on the unit?I didn't see any references to terrorists in this at all. There are a lot of responsible articles about the NSA's overreach and the enabling by the court. It almost seems like a disinformation campaign to taint the serious with the silly.

Yes, I did look at a few of the links, Podfish, but looking at them again I can see that they have been tampered with. Now they are all pointing to a generic instruction manual and other non-related material instead of linking to a detailed commentary about each subject ... oh well, such is the internet these days ... probably an attempt to discredit the author ... thanks for pointing this out ...
