Seeking Person Traveling to John of God in Brazil

We have a battery the size of an arm measured from the wrist to the elbow that we would like to get to a dear friend and doctor in Brasilia Brazil. It is called a Radiac device - which is essentially a battery that balances the body energy, organs and circulation. We have a friend traveling on Nov. 1 but wanted to get it to him before then.
