It's actually a jury trial. I was going to plead no contest just so I could stop crying and fighting all the time and have a life again. But those cops completely made this up. No justice. And no nolo contendere.

Take another look at my petition and you will see a lot of the problems that you have mentioned lately ... stalking ( in your case by police ), break-ins, harassment ( including neighbors ), financial sabotage and isolation. You could just be experiencing normal life crises but this all seems extreme to me, and I am going through a lot of the same things ... often the motive is revenge ...

This woman might be of help ... she started suffering harassment after turning in a family member for child abuse ... she will help you to determine if you are a victim ... she does charge for her time but it's relatively low cost ...
