Help please...Subaru Outback lost backseat "ribbon"

Disappeared into the crevice. Tried fishing it out with a coat hanger, but to no avail. There must be some way to access under the back seat to get it? Any advice out there? Anyone willing to fix my problem for say, $50.00? Thanks. Croton

There is a web loop on the passenger side seat cushion in the gap between the seat and back cushions, just pull the loop and the seat releases forward. Use a ratchet to unbolt exposed anchors.
