Let’s Go Sungazing Together!

Sungazing is a practice being revived from ancient traditions—the Egyptians, Mayans, Aztecs, Jesus, others.

Contrary to what we’ve been taught, it is safe to look directly into the sun during the hour after sunrise and the hour before sunset when there are no UV rays.

You start with 10 seconds and increase by 10 seconds each sunny day until you reach 44 minutes. Then you walk barefoot on the earth for 45 min. a day for a year to keep the benefits for life. As you receive energy and the full color spectrum directly from the sun, the benefits can be astounding.

0-15 min. vision heals, and as the sun reaches the glands in your brain anxiety, depression, mental illnesses heal, fearlessness and well-being

15-30 min. physical ailments heal

30-44 min. spiritual healing, telepathy, telekinesis, often no need for food

My favorite sungazing sites are https://www.genesis-2.org/sun-gazing and https://suryayoga.indianetzone.com/1/sungazing.htm which are great for instruction and tips.

Check out the new documentary movie Eat the Sun.
I’m taking in the sun at sunset these days and have worked my way up to 7 min. It feels fabulous! There is a good spot in Fairfax at Azalea Hill 1.3 miles past the Meadow Club golf course at 1001 Bolinas Rd. at the parking lot on the left where one can get up to 44 min. sun at sunset. I’m hoping that soon we can have a bunch of sungazers up there taking in their daily sun.

I’m looking for a ride up to 5 days a week from near the bottom of Bolinas Rd. Please email me if you can give me a lift and I will be your guide. As of May 14th, departure from my place just after 7pm gets us there in good time. Today the sun left the area at 7:48 pm in the parking lot and 7:56 pm up the hill. For beginners, it feels best to catch your sun in the last half hour before it sets at 8:13pm.

Happy Sungazing!!
