Connecting To Our Authentic Voices

Join me in dissecting the language we have been taught that hinders communication, creates misunderstandings and frustration in ourselves and others and can cause anger, pain and violence. In this workshop, we’ll begin to dive beneath the surface and discover what is alive and vital within us and understand how our actions are based on needs that we are trying to meet. We will learn the fundamentals of how to communicate in a way that creates deeper connection with ourselves and others and promotes more satisfy relationships.

• Resolve conflicts peacefully, whether personal or professional
