Need holistic babysitter for 3 yr old

Hi. we just moved to santa rosa from tahoe about 10 months ago. Our son, Satura, doesn't go to daycare but he has stayed with our friends as babysitters before and now that we have moved we need to find some new people to watch him. We've got a few people already but they're not always available when we need them. We need some daytime help as well as some later evenings. Important things to us include all-natural, mostly organic food, ability to communicate in a calm caring way, and encouraging him to be self-reliant and kind.
