Just had dinner--again!--at the Sonoma Wne Club on 116. What a terrific place--wonderful wine, fantastic food, extremely fun staff--and surprisingly reasonable in terms of price. It's not a restaurant, it's more like a tasting room that has food --or like a dining club. It's open to the public, but as a club member, you get 15% off all meals. To be a member, all you have to do is agree to buy two bottles of wine every quarter--which is a pleasure because owner Brian Cooper has a fantastic palate and is an expert on honing in on the exact wine you'll love. So if you haven't been there check it out. It's located in the place that used to be Chez Peyo, Bistro V, and Eloise. We've been eating there at least once a week since it opened because you can't get a better meal for the same price anywhere else in West County. Best choices: the homemade ravioli and lasagne (they always have a large variety), the aparagus, and the cookie plate--and whatever wine Brian suggests! Check it out!
