discriminates against people based on their marital or couple status. Will this person rent to a single person? Or will they hold out for a "professional couple". It think the post should be removed or re-worded. Also, this person should be counseled about fair housing laws because if they are discriminating against single, non-professional people they are breaking the law that protect people from discrimination based on marital status.
