Sustainable Community In Santa Rosa and Meeting for Tea

I've gotten many responses to both posts so I thought I'd combine the two. Let me just say that I am very excited that there are so many people out there who truly want toget together and make our little part of the world a wonderful place to be.

I have several great ideas that I think we could all benefit from.

    1. starting a common garden that we share-or even help one another start gardens at each of our homes and share our bounty with one another.

    2. making our yards more bee and butterfly friendly. planting flowers that attract these wonderful little creatures.

    3. learning about bee keeping. I've been hearing that there aren't as many bees around as there used to be so one way to insure their survival is to get into beekeeping.

Let's start forming ideas and meet up for tea soon.

    Thanks!

Re: Sustainable Community In Santa Rosa and Meeting for Tea

I'd be interested in meeting, we have a community garden in Santa Rosa, just got a wonderful donation from Harmony Farm of fruit trees and berry canes. Looking for a few more dedicated gardeners and have some great people here.
    Thanks
